Nature Fairy LLC Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING COSTS: We offer free shipping to US customers for orders above $50 USD, your subtotal must reach $50 USD after all discounts and promotions are applied. It does not include taxes and shipping charges. For example, if your order total is $45 before tax and shipping, you need to spend $5 more to reach the $50 US free shipping threshold. There is a flat rate of $10 for Standard shipping on domestic orders under $50.

CANADA & INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: At this time we do not offer shipping to Canada and international

SHIPPING METHODE: We shipped orders via USPS (United States Postal Service) using flat rate (2-5 day delivery) Priority Mail, and USPS First Class Mail for packages weights 12 ounces or less.

LEAD TIMES: Orders are packed and shipped within 2 to 4 business days from receipt of payment. Our business days are Monday through Friday. Our shipping estimates do not include warehouse processing time. We estimate processing can take up to 48 hours. We do not process orders over the weekends.

ORDER FULFILLMENT: All orders placed after 12 PM EST will be processed the next business day, all orders are processed as quickly as possible but can take up to 48 hours to ship. If you place an order after 12pm EST on a Friday, your order will be fulfilled on that following Monday. An order cannot be cancelled after it has been placed and you have confirmation. We are not able to make any exceptions. Additionally, we are not able to edit or modify orders in any way after they have been placed, including shipping address. If you made a mistake in your order, please email infa@naturefairystore.com when you receive it and we will work out a return or other solution

SHIPPING NOTIFICATION: You will receive an email notification to let you know your package is on its way. Tracking information will be included.

BUSY SEASON LEAD TIME: We do our best to get packages to you as quickly as possible. During special sales or during the holiday season, order processing may be delayed a few days. Please note that during the busy holiday season orders sent via USPS Priority Mail can take longer to arrive.

DELIVERY DELAY DUE TO WEATHER CONDITIONS: The estimated time of delivery can be delayed due to weather and/or road conditions. The carrier’s web site will often state if packages are being delayed due to weather.

Returns: Unfortunately we don’t accept returns due to the nature of our products. If an item doesn’t work out for you, please send an email to info@naturefairystore.com and we can come up with a solution to make you happy. You could also give the product that didn’t work out to someone else instead of throwing it. This way, it doesn’t go to waste. Please if you have any issues with your products contact us and we are happy to offer a refund if necessary.

DAMAGED SHIPPMENT & ITEMS: We offer free replacements for products that were received damaged or defective. Please send an email to info@naturefairystore.com and include:

– Your order #
– Picture of the damage or defect
– Description of the damage or defect

Once we review the image and description of the damage, we’ll issue a replacement order.

MISSING ITEM POLICY: Although we check and double-check orders prior to shipping, mistakes do happen. If an item is missing please let us know. We can ship it out to you, issue a refund, or include it in your next order. If you receive something you did not order, just enjoy it or share it with someone else!
