Due to the handmade and personal nature of our products, all sales are final and non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in this policy.
📦 Issues With Your Order
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or is lost in transit, contact us within 30 days of your order date at info@naturefairystore.com.
Requests submitted after 30 days cannot be accommodated.
🛠️ Order Resolution
Reported issues are reviewed carefully. Most cases qualify for a replacement. Store credit or refunds may be issued at our discretion.
📮 Returned Packages
- Returned orders due to incorrect addresses will require reshipment payment
- Refunds (if requested) exclude shipping and include a $20 handling fee
🌿 Natural Products Disclaimer
Variations in texture, scent, or appearance are normal. Melting during transit does not qualify for refunds.
