At Nature Fairy, every product is handcrafted fresh with care. This means we take a little extra time to prepare and ship your order. Thank you for supporting our small-batch, handmade approach.

🚚 Shipping Locations & Carriers

  • We ship from the United States to most countries worldwide
  • Carriers include USPS, DHL, and FedEx
  • Real-time international rates are provided via Easyship at checkout
  • Customs documentation is automatically generated
  • Import duties, taxes, and fees are the customer’s responsibility
  • Orders may be canceled for countries with import restrictions

⏳ Processing & Delivery Times

  • Processing time: 1–3 business days (excluding weekends & holidays)
  • USA delivery: 3–5 business days
  • Canada / UK / Australia: 7–14 business days
  • Other countries: 10–21 business days
  • Customs inspections may cause delays

📦 Responsibility for Delivery

Once your order is handed to the shipping carrier, delivery is outside our control. Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking and contacting the carrier if issues arise.

🛡️ Shipping Protection

  • Optional Shipping Protection is available at checkout
  • Protected orders qualify for assistance with lost, stolen, or damaged claims
  • Without protection, delivery issues must be handled directly with the carrier

☀️ Warm Weather Advisory

Natural oils and butters may melt in high temperatures. Melting does not affect product quality and is not grounds for a refund.

🏠 Address Accuracy & Reshipment

  • Ensure your shipping address is entered correctly
  • Returned packages require reshipment payment
  • Reshipment invoices must be paid within 72 hours
  • No refunds for address-related shipping errors

🌍 International Shipping & Customs

  • Customs duties and import taxes are not included
  • Customers must ensure products are permitted in their country
  • Returned or refused packages are not refundable

📦 Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Orders

  • Shipping Protection is required for claims assistance
  • Damage must be reported within 48 hours with photos
  • Replacements are assessed case by case

❌ No Returns or Refunds

All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds except for damaged or incorrect orders reported within 48 hours.

We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, weather, customs delays, or government actions.
